Lots of teams need to solve their goalie situation whether that's subtracting or adding, others need to stick to their plan despite having more success than expected, while many need to commit to playing their younger players. Chicago needs to start to build. Buffalo needs to find an identity. Carolina & Arizona have off-ice things to sort through. Edmonton and NY Islanders need to lock their young, star defensemen into long-term contracts. Finally, teams in cup contention need to push their chips in and go for it, namely the New York Rangers.
